The client of VOODOO recruitment and headhunting agency is biotechnology company, which is a leading company in the Baltic countries with many years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, food and beverage technologies.
Company offers solutions and products for scientific analysis, manufacturing processes and process controls. Our main activities are design of manufacturing facilities and laboratories, installation and maintenance of industrial and laboratory equipment, Single-use product manufacturing (INTO®).
To expand its activities to the UK and IE markets, a Business Development Manager for INTO® Single-use products is invited to join the team.

- Research and identify new potential business opportunities in GB and IE markets, growth areas, labor market trends, customers, partnerships, projects, and services;
- Lead single-use product development from concept to market/Customer;
- Build trust with prospective clients to refine the needs and create long-lasting business relationships;
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, propose the solutions corresponding to the customer's needs by matching them with companies’ capabilities;
- Participate in negotiations, form commercial proposals, and conclude contracts;
- Effectively collaborate with other team members to meet the company’s sales target and improve sales strategies.
Вимоги до співробітників
- Have at least 5 years of experience in active business development or B2B sales (full cycle) in selling Bioprocessing/Biopharma solutions, such as:
---> Bioprocessing single-use solutions (experience in sales of filters and chromatography resins would be advantage);
---> Biopharma (Biomolecule and small molecule) process and facility design services;
---> Clean Utility generation and supply solutions (PW, WFI, PSG, etc.).
- Higher diploma in Biopharmaceutical or other closely relevant field (master’s degree is an advantage);
- Knowledge of the United Kingdom and Ireland market including brands, trends, vendors, customers, related projects;
- Be able to build trust, identify and understand customer needs;
- Superb communications skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to represent products highlighting benefits/advantages/features;
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time and resources effectively;
- Technical and manufacturing know-how would be advantage;
- Possibilty to travel locally (IE/UK) and internationally (manufacturing site visits, exhibitions, etc.).
