Voodoo's client is an innovative company specializing in dissemination, exploitation, communication, and healthcare consulting for EU-funded projects. They support academic and private sector partners in making a significant impact across the Healthcare, Life Science, Environment, Energy, Automotive, and Circular Economy sectors. Working under programs such as Horizon Europe, CHIPS JU, and others, company focus on effective communication, dissemination, and application of project results. As the company grows, they invite a project manager to join the team.

• Contribute and cooperate with the project coordinator and partners in the proposal writing phase (state-of-the-art, impact, WP description sections) and the proposal submission phase.
• Oversee daily project operations and manage day-to-day operations, including documentation, financial/technical reporting, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Lead EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with Horizon Europe and CHIPS JU guidelines.
• Design and implement dissemination, exploitation, and communication strategies across projects.
• Execute dissemination tasks, promoting project results on social media (eg. LinkedIn, Twitter) and other platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
• Support partners in developing roadmaps for project exploitation plans.
• Represent company and project consortia at global conferences, exhibitions, and meetings, and present project activities' results to different target groups.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Prepare detailed internal and European Commission reports.

• Proven experience in administrating EU projects (e.g., ECSEL JU/KDT JU/CHIPS JU, Horizon Europe) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of EU-funded project guidelines, requirements, and reporting.
• Skilled in managing complex projects and international teams.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding English communication and leadership skills.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to travel.
