Their products are exported to foreign markets (Scandinavia, Western Europe). The company is energetic, steadily growing, open to changes and innovations. As the team grows, a supply chain sourcing specialist is invited to join the supply team.

- Purchase goods, materials, components, and services in line with specified costs, quality and expected lead times
- Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
- Perform cost analysis, including logistics and unexpected cost.
- Search and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their sourcing needs, specifications, and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
